I'm a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering at OHSU's CEDAR, co-advised by Emek Demir and Sadık Esener. My research focuses on applying computer vision to medical image diagnosis.
I received my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey.
Before my Ph.D., I was a software developer at Synnada, contributing to the open-source Apache DataFusion project—an extensible, high-performance query engine written in Rust. My contributions can be found here.
Prior to that, I worked at ASELSAN, where I focused on machine learning, signal processing, and real-time data processing.
